The three fountain-facing apartments
| Apartment | Sleeps | How we know it faces the fountain |
|---|---|---|
| 1 bedroom, sleeps 4 | 4 | Fountain view is listed in the apartment's amenities |
| 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 | 6 | The host describes a full view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain show "visible from every corner" |
| 3 bedrooms + study, sleeps 7 | 7 | The host describes "front-row views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain from every room" |
The other apartments list a Burj Khalifa view but not a fountain view.
The 1-bedroom with the fountain view
This is also our most-reviewed Burj Royale apartment: 45 Airbnb reviews, rated 4.8. Besides the fountain view, its listing includes a balcony and a dedicated workspace, and its host describes a celestial-themed bedroom and access to a private observation deck — a host claim we haven't verified independently. It sleeps up to four.
Booking a fountain view
When we checked on 5 October 2026, the 3-bedroom was already fully booked for the following three months, and the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom were each more than half booked for the coming 30 days. If the view matters, book the specific apartment rather than "any 1-bedroom" — open the links above and check the dates.
