These totals multiply the median nightly price we charged for each apartment type by 30. They include 5% VAT and were checked on 5 October 2026.

The 2-bedroom figures come from the 2-bedroom that sleeps six and the 3-bedroom figures from the one that sleeps twelve, so they are a guide, not a building-wide rate.
Why a long-stay quote is worth asking for
Nightly prices at Burj Royale move a lot: across our five 1-bedrooms, single nights ranged from about AED 500 to AED 2,100 in October and November. A month-long booking smooths out the expensive nights, and it is worth asking us for a quote on the specific apartment rather than relying on the median.
Which apartment suits a longer stay
- Working while you stay: five of our eight apartments with listing details have a dedicated workspace — two 1-bedrooms, one 2-bedroom and both 3-bedrooms.
- Doing your own laundry: a washing machine is listed in all eight apartments with listing details.
- Keeping active: the building pool is listed on all eight; five of them also list the gym.
