The two apartments
| Apartment | Sleeps | Bathrooms | Notable | Rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sleeps 4 | 4 | 2 | Gym listed; 2-night minimum on most dates | 5.0 |
| Sleeps 6 | 6 | 2.5 | Workspace; host describes a full Burj Khalifa and fountain-show view | 4.88 |
Both list a Burj Khalifa view, the pool, parking and a washing machine.
Which one to pick
- A family of four: the apartment that sleeps 4 has a bathroom per bedroom and a perfect 5.0 rating, but it was fully booked for days 31–90 when we checked — plan ahead.
- Six people, or a view: the apartment that sleeps 6 is the only 2-bedroom whose host describes seeing the fountain show, and its half bathroom eases the morning queue.
Prices
Median nightly price including 5% VAT for the 2-bedroom that sleeps six, checked on 5 October 2026: AED 2,580 in October and AED 2,941 in November 2026, with individual nights from about AED 2,170 to AED 4,000. See live prices for your dates on the apartment search.
Availability
When we checked on 5 October 2026, both were around 60% booked for the next 30 days. Further out the picture splits sharply:
| Apartment | Booked, next 30 days | Booked, 31–90 days out |
|---|---|---|
| Sleeps 4 | 58% | 100% |
| Sleeps 6 | 61% | 5% |
So if you are planning a trip one to three months away, the apartment that sleeps 6 is the one with open dates — the apartment that sleeps 4 had none left in that window.
What both have
Both apartments list a Burj Khalifa view, the building pool, parking and a washing machine, and both are whole apartments you don't share. The difference is size, bathrooms and the view: the apartment that sleeps 6 adds a half bathroom, a dedicated workspace and — by its host's description — the fountain show.
